Registration 2011

There are two ways to participate in our conference.

First as a delegate. If you choose this option, you should go to Attendance Form.
After completing the form online, you need to PRINT, complete and send the Registration Credit Card Form to finish the registration process.

Cancellations: An administrative fee of USD 45 will be charged to cancellations received before June 10th. We regret there will be no refunds for cancellations thereafter. Substitutes are acceptable at any time.

The other option you can choose is to participate with a stand, in that case you should go to
Stand Reservation Form.
To secure your place you also need to send us the Stand Reservation Credit Card Form.

You will be able to find detailed information about the terms and conditions in each form.

Right after registering please don´t forget to book your room at the JW Marriott.

Hotel rates: USD 124 Single - USD 142 Double (these rates are net).
The deadline for booking a room with this special Asutil Group Rate is May 31st.
