Networking Time 2011

Welcome to the Asutil Conference Networking System

This year the Networking Time will have a new procedure which we hope will work better for you all.

As it was requested in the Asutil 2010 Evaluation Forms, this year Asutil will no longer be the one scheduling the meetings, but we will still provide the space, the Tulum Ballroom, for the meetings to take place.

All fully registered delegates will be able to request meetings with the major operators of the region. They will be able to contact them directly and arrange their own meetings with the corresponding buyers.

On Thursday 5th May, we will post on our web all the buyers names, companies and categories.

The suppliers, who had already fully completed (online and credit card form) their registrations, will be able to contact each one of the buyers through our website.

NETWORKING SCHEDULE

Wednesday 22nd

8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
2:00 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Thursday 23rd
2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

NETWORKING TIME PROCEDURE

Here is how it will work:

1) Login with your username http://conferencia2011.asutil.org/login/ (or go to the top right side)

2) Go to the link provided by Asutil in the NWT Mailing http://conferencia2011.asutil.org/networking/list/.

3) Select the person you want to contact from the list of participants, and click on "Contact me". You will be guided to a Compose message screen. Fill the subject and body with your requested meeting and send it. The email will be send to the person you previously selected by clicking on “Contact me”.

4) The buyer will receive an email on Asutil website inbox.

5) The buyer will be able to reply from the site networking tool. He will only reply to emails requesting meetings thorough out this tool, therefore please do not contact him directly.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

 All messages will be delivered by sitio@asutil.org. Your email address will remain confidential and not shown.

 Please do not reply from the email you get from sitio@asutil.org, it won´t go anywhere!

 Notify the site administrators in case of abuse.

 For your security and privacy, please delete and/or back up old messages. The system will automatically delete all messages every two weeks.

 All the information sent in these messages will be confidential.
